Cancellations & Returns Policy - InstaAhaar

At InstaAhaar, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our ready-to-eat meals. Our Cancellations & Returns Policy is designed to provide you with clear guidelines on cancellations, returns, and refunds for a hassle-free experience.


Cancellation of Order:

InstaAhaar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may list Products at an incorrect price, contain typographical errors, or have other incorrect information. This applies whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.

Customers can cancel an order for any Product before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please log in to our InstaAhaar e-commerce website ("").

 If you have an account on our e-commerce website, you can request cancellation through the "My Account" section.

By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy. InstaAhaar shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to order cancellations or returns.

Returns after Dispatch of Products (Only for damage to packaging and wrong product shipped; no exchanges allowed):

If you receive a Product with damaged packaging or the wrong item has been shipped, you can request a return within three (3) days from the date of delivery through our e-commerce website. Please follow the process below:

Send an email to to request a return for the specified circumstances, or place a return request through the "My Account" section if you are an Account Holder.

In the case of quality concerns, we will refund the cost paid by you for the specific product(s) and also reimburse the courier charges incurred for returning the product to InstaAhaar, subject to proof of payment.


All return approvals are subject to verification by InstaAhaar and are at our sole discretion.

Return Conditions: 

If you choose to return a Product due to damaged packaging or the wrong item shipped, please ensure that the Product is returned in the condition it was received. Opened packets cannot be exchanged or returned. Any free gifts, in their original packaging and unused condition, must also be returned along with the Product when requesting an exchange or return.


In the event of order cancellation or return as per our Cancellation & Return policy, InstaAhaar will process the payment reversal using the same mode of payment initially used by the customer.

Cancellation Process: 

To cancel an order, please do so through our website ( or contact us via email at Partial returns are not permissible. In the case of email cancellation requests, InstaAhaar will process the refund only after the returned consignment is received at our designated address (as mentioned above) within 10 working days. Please note that InstaAhaar reserves the right to claim the cost of to-and-fro logistics charges from the customer if the total value of the consignment exceeds Rs. 3,000/-.
